Disturbances in the mind
can be calmed by remaining steadfast in the way of the Dao…if when we are
troubled, anxious, etc, we can remember the fundamentals of our practice, we shouldn’t
ever lose the trail…or be blown off course…if we don’t let ourselves get
rattled in the first place, then we don’t have to spend time un-rattling
ourselves so to speak later…meditation is great in helping clear the
disturbances of the mind…not just the ones we have now, but the ones we’ll have
in the future.
