The truth is meditation
isn’t for everyone…I was talking with a friend who told me she stopped
meditating because it wasn’t working for her…she felt by meditating, she was
putting pressure on herself to be calm and ‘perfect’…once she stopped, she felt
it was easier to let things go…it could be it was a residual albeit delayed
effect of the meditation…who knows for sure…she said she feels calmer now and
more at peace…now some folks will insist she should be meditating, but inner
peace isn’t a one size fits all proposition…anyway, I was happy for her.
