Trading Places

A story I find touching is the one about an older man who has moved in with his adult son. The father gets up to use bathroom and is having some trouble. The son wakes up and helps his father. The father smiles and with a tear in his eye says “It seems like yesterday that the roles here were reversed.” In this story, we can find wisdom, compassion, love, sadness, happiness, and pride. Time flows like water from one point to another, never to return again. Tomorrow becomes yesterday in a drop of rain falling from sky.
