When was the last time
you spent a quiet moment just doing nothing but nothing? Perhaps just gazing
out at the ocean, or watching the leaves scatter about or just listening to the
sounds of nature? All the calm you ever need can be found in nature. Just let
your mind be one with the natural things around you. Stop planning,
manipulating, doubting and all the rest. If you can’t do this, go chop some
wood somewhere and work it off.
