In Bradenton,
Florida on Coquina Beach at the very southern tip of the island before the
Longboat Key Bridge, there is an expanse of public beach where the eerie and
unexplained often occurs. On the beach, it is said that a male figure in black
clothing can be seen walking from the picnic grounds to the shoreline. Once
there he simply vanishes according to those that have witnessed it. It is said
that this particular area has many wandering spirits at night for some reason
which no one knows.
