Maybe we have a plan to trek across the world to somewhere…ah
India it is. There is a good chance that we have a romantic notion about it. It
sounds like quite the enlightening and illuminating journey. We might not like
to think about the reality of it; the rigors and difficulties we might face. We
may be quite comfortable now and would not want to trade. However, sometimes
comfort breeds discomfort. The grass is always greener on the other side of the
fence. So we hang on to this romantic idea but we must realize that it is
pointless. It is better to concentrate on what is in front of us. Something
that you really do. Even if we take our trip to India, it may not be as we
thought. We have conceptions about what it would be like, but most likely our
conceptions would not be totally accurate. This isn’t to say one should not go.
Just be aware you will find reality and not your conceptions.
