Our mind is very
powerful and it can do many things. It can solve difficult equations,
rationalize on the best course to take, or it can shovel us into a grave. The
mind is free to create its own demons or its own protectors. Sometimes they may
be times when we are afraid of our own minds. We can probably all look back at
things we have done and wondered “My God, what was I thinking.” A mind at peace
will remain at peace, a mind that is churning with fear or doubt, will continue
to churn unless changes are made. Sometimes we see what changes have to be made
and sometimes they are cruelly pointed out to us.
