The wolf is one of my
favorite animals; I can certainly identify with the old saying ‘a lone wolf’. There
is nothing wrong with being a lone wolf, it is far better than to just go along
with the pack for no substantial reasons. I once had a dog that looked like a
wolf and I was often asked if it was. I have no idea because it was a rescue
but it certainly looked the part. The wolf is a fierce predator; its success
often partly being owed to its persistence. All too often, we give up almost
before we get started. If you’re going to play, go hard for all four quarters.
Do not quit in the first quarter or at halftime. Make adjustments and keep
working at it.
