I sometimes find my
trashcans outside turned over and garbage strewn about the back yard or by the
curb. Sometimes it can be a bear that has done it, but more often than not it
is the work of the local raccoons. This would make me mad, but raccoons are
cute innocent looking animals even though their behavior sometimes belies such
a thing. Raccoons increasingly have become adaptable to city or rural settings.
They have adapted. Learning to adapt is quite useful whether it is a raccoon or
one of those creatures known as a human being.
