Even change changes.
Sometimes it is fast and sometimes it moves at a glacial pace. Sometimes it is
a 180 degree turn and other times the changes are so small that we can’t even
decipher them. They just accumulate over time and then one day it just hits us.
It is often far easier to see the change in others than it is in ourselves. It
is often far easier to look at another party’s situation and see how clearly
that change is needed, but yet we are myopic when it comes to our own
situations. We can’t see the trees because we are too close to the forest.
