Anger can be felt in
the clenched fist, the pursed lips, or the pounding of the heart. It can turn
the mind into a churning sea of emotion that can capsize the largest of vessels. It
can take the clearest of waters and turn it into a murky quagmire where we
would be wise not to go. Yet, anger can also be channeled to fight injustice,
to fuel the fire of those who seek a better way. That is the yin and yang of
it. To learn how to manage anger and channel it into a positive force is a
great demonstration of wisdom.
