The work of the Dao
can be seen everywhere you go; nothing is left untouched by its forces. Yet,
there is no way to grasp on to the coattails of the Dao even though it is
everywhere. Let the idea of cornering the Dao go and you will find it in front
of you. We want control but it is hopeless; we have no control or control of
very little at best. Even karma has a way of getting lost sometimes. There are
many times that happenstance rules the day and the chips fall where they may.
