We all know about the
yin and the yang. Yin is found in yang and yang is found in yin. They may not
be easy to find but they are there, a needle in a haystack perhaps. The ideal
is to have a fluctuating balance between the two. Sometimes more yin is needed,
and other times, yin will not do. We must have yang. Yin and yang are joined by
a narrow thread. They are not two separate things but one in unison. The
mistake made by many is their ignorance of this and their inability to
effectively manage the flow back and forth between the two.
