It is well known that
the ‘blues’ can be alleviated by good sleep, a bath and a glass of wine. We all
have tough days, days that we are grateful that they come to an end. We should
remember though that it is the simple things that can help alleviate the
melancholy. A leisurely walk, sitting by a fire, or yes, a good glass of our
favorite beverage can be the tonic to refresh us and bring us back to center. Find
