When
following the path of the Dao, you may ask yourself where everybody is. It is
often a lonely walk in a world full of people who are lost in their shallow
worlds. It is indeed as in the words of the poets “the road less traveled.” This
should not detour you however, the sages of long ago had the same walk and
feelings. They did not dwell on them, they simply kept going down their road. You
should never feel lonely for you have the Dao with you. It is all around you,
everywhere. It is also better to travel alone than in the company of fools.
