It
has been said that the old horse will know the way. Even after his rider has
fallen, the horse will continue on. We can also say that the teachings of the
Dao know the way; the way to harmony, wisdom, and peace. There are no secrets,
it is all there to embrace. Each verse of the Tao Te Ching spells it out. It is
quite simple, but as verse 70 states; the Tao is easy to practice and
understand, yet no one practices or understands it. Why is that?
