The
unexpected can only test a formula, not destroy it. The Dao formula keeps us
balanced and in understanding even when things do not go according to plan. No
matter how much goes into the preparation and then the execution, there is
almost always a hitch, a detour, or a snag. Always expect the unexpected and be
ready to adapt. It is the flexible branch that bends in the wind and survives.
