Know
the masculine and the feminine. Cherish both the white and the black. One who
masters the yin and the yang is in harmony with the entire universe. Be at
peace with the honorable but do not shun the disgraced. If the sun and the moon
and the water do not make judgments, who are we to judge? Always seek peace but
be prepared to defend. Let the wisdom of the Dao be your daggers. Make the Dao
your friend and keep it close to you.
