The Inevitable

If you can learn to accept the inevitable, bend with the high winds, flow with the ebb and tide of the world, you are following the natural way and are sure to be in harmony. He who follows the natural way is always one with the Tao. One who follows the natural way is at home in the mountains, the rivers that flow, the winds that blow. To flail away at the inevitable is to be in discord and is not a way to peace.
