Discipline

If we discipline our mind, our body grows stronger. Likewise, if the body is disciplined, the strength of the mind will increase. Mind and body go hand in hand. Discipline is not intended to deprive, but to build. By having great discipline, we are able to enjoy more freedom. Tai-Chi or other types of martial arts were used by the great Tao masters of old and are wonderful ways to build the discipline of both body and mind.
