As we age, we fall into trap of complicating matters. There is great virtue in simple and unaffected. Keep your palette simple with several basic colors. Use these colors to mix and make others. There is no need to have every color under the sun on your palette. Keep things as simple as you can. Seek out this virtue for it is a characteristic of the great Tao.
